Happy New Year from all of us at Evexia (Kos).
Wherever you’re reading this from, I hope you’re stepping into 2026 feeling supported, hopeful, and gently ready for what’s next.
If you’re anything like me, the word resolution can feel heavy. All-or-nothing. Perfect-or-fail.
So this year, I’m inviting you to try something different: wellness intentions.
Why intentions feel different (and work better)
Intentions aren’t about punishing yourself into change. They’re about choosing the direction you want your life to move in — then taking small, consistent steps that your body and mind can actually sustain.
A few examples you might borrow for 2026:
I intend to move my body in ways that feel kind, not forced.
I intend to build strength and stability — physically and emotionally.
I intend to prioritise sleep, nourishment, and recovery.
I intend to create space for calm, even when life is busy.
I intend to ask for support when I need it.
No guilt. No perfection. Just a steady return to what helps you feel like you again.
A safe place to begin (or begin again)
At Evexia, we’ve always believed that wellness isn’t only physical. It’s also psychological. It’s how safe you feel in your own body. It’s the confidence to show up exactly as you are — even if you’re tired, stressed, out of routine, or starting from scratch.
So as we move into 2026, I want you to know this:
You don’t need to be “fit enough” to join us.
You don’t need to have it all figured out.
You don’t need to do it alone.
Evexia Kos is here to be a place you can trust. A place where you feel included, comfortable, and supported — whether your goal is strength, mobility, confidence, calm, or simply feeling more like yourself.
What’s coming up at Evexia Kos
Here’s what’s happening over the next few weeks — and how you can turn your intentions into real, doable habits.

Private & corporate retreats in Kos — now available to book
If 2026 is the year you want to go deeper — to reset, reconnect, and properly look after yourself — we’re now taking enquiries for:
Private retreats (friends, couples, solo travellers)
Corporate retreats (team wellbeing, leadership reset, meaningful connection)
Kos is a powerful place for this work: sea air, space to breathe, and the kind of rhythm that helps your body remember how to exhale.
If you’d like dates, ideas, or a tailored proposal, simply reply to this email or get in touch via the website and I’ll guide you through the options.
Countdown to summer: Beach Pilates returns May 2026
And yes — we’re already on the countdown to our summer classes from May 2026.
There’s something special about moving outdoors in Greek light, with the sea nearby and a community around you.
If you’re dreaming of a summer that feels strong, energised, and grounded, you’re in the right place.
Retreats across Greece — all year round
If your 2026 intention includes travel with purpose, I’d love you to explore the retreats happening across Greece throughout the year.

Listen in: The Evexia Effect podcast (Spotify)
If you’d like a little inspiration in your ears while you walk, cook, commute, or reset your mindset, you can listen to The Evexia Effect on Spotify here:
It’s where we explore real wellness — the kind that lasts — through honest conversations, Greek-inspired wisdom, and practical tools you can actually use.
Your 2026 intention — what do you want to feel?
Before you set goals or make plans, try this question first:
How do you want to feel in 2026?
Stronger? Calmer? More energised? More like yourself?
Whatever your answer is, you’re not alone — and you don’t have to do it perfectly.
If you’d like help choosing the right next step (Pilates, Walking Group, a retreat, or something bespoke), just reply and tell me:
What you’re struggling with right now
What you want to feel more of
What kind of support would help
I’ll point you in the right direction.
With warmth (and a big Happy New Year),
Gilly
Evexia (Kos)
