Public Liability Waiver for Evexia Bespoke Private Retreats & Corporate Events

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. BY BOOKING THE EVENT, YOU AND YOUR GROUP ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS BELOW.

1. Acknowledgment of Risks

By booking this retreat/corporate event, you and your group understand that participation in Evexia Bespoke Private Retreats & Corporate Events (the "Retreats") involves various physical and wellness activities including but not limited to:

Yoga, Pilates, fitness training, and breathwork sessions
Hiking, walking, and outdoor adventure activities
E-bike cycling and transportation activities
Swimming, beach activities, and water-based excursions
Boat trips, island cruises, and maritime activities
Use of retreat facilities, equipment, and accommodation

You and your group acknowledge that these activities may involve inherent risks, including but not limited to:

Physical injury or strain (e.g., muscle or joint issues, falls, cuts, bruises)
Discomfort or dizziness during physical or breathwork exercises
Medical emergencies, including hyperventilation, fainting, or pre-existing condition complications
Accidents during outdoor activities, transportation, or facility use
Maritime risks during boat trips or water activities
Environmental hazards related to outdoor and adventure activities

By booking this event, you confirm that you and your group voluntarily choose to participate in these activities and assume full responsibility for any risks or injuries incurred, whether foreseen or unforeseen.

2. Fitness to Participate

By booking this retreat/corporate event, you affirm that you and all group members are in good physical and mental health and capable of safely participating in all retreat activities. You confirm that all relevant medical conditions, injuries, dietary requirements, or other health concerns have been disclosed to the organizers prior to participation.

You understand that participation in the Retreats is voluntary, and each participant is solely responsible for monitoring their physical and mental condition during all activities. Any participant experiencing discomfort, pain, or adverse effects must immediately stop participating and inform the organizers.

3. Assumption of Responsibility

By booking this event, you and your group agree to:

Follow all instructions and guidelines provided by instructors, guides, staff, or organizers during the Retreats
Use all equipment, facilities, e-bikes, and accommodation responsibly and safely
Respect the boundaries of individual physical and mental limits during all exercises and activities
Comply with local laws, customs, and venue regulations
Take appropriate precautions during all outdoor, water-based, and adventure activities

You accept full responsibility for any injuries or damages that occur as a result of failure to follow instructions or take appropriate precautions by any group member.

4. Release of Liability

By booking this retreat/corporate event, to the fullest extent permitted by law, you and your group release, waive, and discharge Evexia Bespoke Private Retreats & Corporate Events, its owners, directors, staff, contractors, venue partners, accommodation providers, transport operators, activity providers, agents, and affiliates (the "Released Parties") from any and all liability for:

Personal injury, illness, or death arising from participation in the Retreats
Loss or damage to personal property during the Retreats
Any claims, demands, or actions resulting from participation in retreat activities, accommodation, transportation, or excursions, whether caused by negligence or otherwise
Issues arising from third-party service providers including but not limited to accommodation venues, transport operators, and activity providers

5. Indemnification

By booking this event, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any claims, demands, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or in connection with participation in the Retreats by you or any member of your group.

6. Emergency Medical Treatment

By booking this retreat/corporate event, in the event of a medical emergency, you authorize the organizers of the Retreats to arrange for emergency medical treatment on behalf of any group member. You agree that all participants will bear all costs associated with such treatment and waive any claims against the Released Parties for arranging or providing such assistance.

7. Media Release

By booking this event, you and your group grant permission for photographs, videos, or other media taken during the Retreats to be used by Evexia Bespoke Private Retreats & Corporate Events for promotional purposes. You understand that no compensation will be provided for such use. If you do not wish to grant this permission, you must notify the organizers in writing prior to the Retreats.

8. Governing Law

This waiver shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece. Any disputes arising from this waiver or the Retreats shall be resolved in the courts of Greece.

9. Acknowledgment

By booking this retreat/corporate event, you confirm that:

You have read and fully understood this waiver
You are booking voluntarily and without any inducement
You accept and agree to all terms stated herein on behalf of yourself and your entire group
You understand this waiver covers all activities, accommodation, transportation, and services included in your bespoke retreat experience
All group members will be made aware of and agree to these terms prior to participation
