Kos Summer Season Starts Monday (and I’m so excited to welcome you)

There’s a particular kind of feeling that arrives on Kos right before the season begins.
The light shifts. The sea starts to sparkle a little longer each evening. The island wakes up — not in a frantic, touristy way, but in that golden-hour, barefoot, breathe-deeper way that reminds me why I chose to make Kos my home.
And this Monday, our summer season officially begins.
As always, I’m genuinely excited to share Kos with you for another summer — because my dream has never been to “sell” you a holiday.
It’s to help you experience the real Kos.
Not just the standard tourist beach. Not just the all-inclusive bubble.
But the Kos that makes you feel alive: the nature, the movement, the community, the wellness, the moments that soften your shoulders and clear your head.
There’s more to Kos (and Greece) than a beach break
Don’t get me wrong — our beaches are beautiful.
But what I love most is what happens when you step just a little beyond the obvious.
Kos has become a place where wellness is woven into everyday life: sunrise swims, evening walks, movement in the open air, nourishing food, and that sense of space you can’t quite describe until you feel it.
If you’re craving a holiday that leaves you feeling better — not just “rested” — this is your sign.
Beach Pilates + Sunset Pilates returns on Monday
One of the highlights of our summer is coming back: Beach Pilates and Sunset Pilates starts again on Monday.
These sessions are about so much more than exercise. They’re about moving with the sea beside you, breathing in salty air, and letting your body remember it’s allowed to feel strong and calm.
How to book
You can book your classes directly on our website:

Aqua begins in June (once the sea warms up)
As soon as the sea is a little warmer, Aqua will begin in June — and it’s honestly one of the most fun and unique classes we offer.
It’s playful, energising, and surprisingly effective… and it’s the kind of experience that makes you laugh while you’re moving.
If you’ve never tried it before, put it on your “Kos must-do” list.
Summer adventures with our friends at Helios Travel
While we offer some incredible experiences in the winter season, I also want to shine a light on what our friends at Helios Travel are bringing to Kos this summer.
They’ll be leading beautiful walks and hikes, and they’re also introducing climbing and other outdoor activities — the kind that help you connect to nature, challenge yourself gently, and feel incredible in your body.
If you’re the type of traveller who wants to feel a place (not just photograph it), their trips are a brilliant way to do that.

A truly special new experience: a day trip to Pserimos for Qi Gong
One trip I’m especially excited about is a day trip to Pserimos to experience Qi Gong.
To my knowledge, nothing like this has ever been offered here before — and I can already imagine how powerful it will feel: island air, sea views, slow intentional movement, and that deep sense of grounding you can’t replicate anywhere else.

If you’re coming to Kos this summer… let’s make it feel amazing
Whether you’re here for a week, a month, or you’re returning to Kos like an old friend — I want you to leave feeling lighter, stronger, clearer, and more connected.
So here’s your gentle invitation:
Book a Pilates class (or two)
Keep an eye out for Aqua in June
Say yes to a hike, a walk, or something new
Let Kos surprise you
I can’t wait to share another summer with you.
Warm regards, Gilly
