As we approach the festive season, I wanted to reach out with some important updates about our Pilates classes, and share a few thoughts about what truly matters during this special time of year.

Stay Connected Over Christmas 💙

Just because we're taking a short break doesn't mean your wellness journey has to pause! I've created a collection of Pilates sessions on my YouTube channel specifically for you to continue your practice at home over the Christmas period.



Whether you're at home in Greece or visiting family elsewhere, you can roll out your mat and join me for a session whenever it suits you. No equipment needed – just you, your mat, and a commitment to yourself.


What Really Matters: Happiness & Health ✨

As we enter this festive season, I've been reflecting on what truly makes life worth living. In my opinion, happiness and health are the ultimate goals in life. What is life without these things?


Motivation isn't about pushing yourself relentlessly – it's about finding your 'why'. Why do you move your body? Why do you nourish yourself well? For me, it's simple: because I want to feel alive, energised, and capable of doing the things I love.


Food during Christmas should be enjoyed, not feared. Yes, indulge in those festive treats, savour the traditional dishes, share meals with loved ones. But also honour your body with nourishing choices that make you feel good. Balance isn't about perfection – it's about listening to what your body needs.


Doing things you love is non-negotiable. Whether that's a morning walk along the beach, a Pilates session in your living room, baking with family, or simply sitting quietly with a cup of tea – make time for what brings you joy. These moments aren't luxuries; they're essential.


My Christmas Wish for You 🎁

This festive season, I encourage you to:

  • Move your body in ways that feel good

  • Eat mindfully – enjoy the feast without guilt

  • Rest deeply – your body deserves it

  • Connect authentically with the people who matter

  • Laugh often – it's the best medicine

  • Be present – this moment is all we truly have


Remember, taking care of yourself isn't selfish – it's necessary. You can't pour from an empty cup, and the world needs you at your best.
