Experience our Beach Fitness & Wellness Retreats designed for active individuals seeking to continue their fitness and adventure journey. Unlike standard retreats, we prioritize wellness, adventure, and fitness equally. Relax on the beach, swim in the sea, and immerse yourself in local culture and attractions. Our retreat is perfect for those who crave new experiences while staying active. Guests are provided with bicycles for the week, encouraging exploration of the surrounding area. Located on the stunning Tigaki Beach in Kos, our accommodation offers private studios with en-suite bathrooms. On-site, you'll find two traditional Greek restaurants, one serving breakfast daily. Adjacent to one of Kos's beloved nature reserves, known for its flamingos, our retreat provides easy access to local restaurants, cafes, swimming pools, and additional activities while maintaining a peaceful atmosphere away from the crowds.
